條款及細則 Terms and Conditions

1）參加資格 Registration Eligibility

參加者必須以真實及完整資料登記，每人（包括姓名、電郵、電話及郵寄地址）只可參加一次。 參加者必須完成所有參與程序（包括追蹤我們的 FB 或 IG，以及填寫郵寄資料）方可獲得禮品。

Participants must register using accurate and complete personal information. Each individual (including name, email, mobile number and mailing address) may participate only once. Participants must complete all required steps (including following our FB or IG account and providing mailing details) in order to receive the gift.

 

2）寄送範圍 Shipping Coverage

本活動之寄送服務僅涵蓋英格蘭、蘇格蘭低地及威爾斯；不包括蘇格蘭高地、北愛爾蘭及皇家屬地（澤西島、根西島及曼島）。

The shipping service covers England, the Scottish Lowlands and Wales; it does not include the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or the Crown Dependencies (Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man).

 

3）確認及寄出 Confirmation & Dispatch

經 DD Mall Ltd 核實後，參加者將收到禮品確認電郵，並以郵遞方式寄出禮品。

Upon verification by DD Mall Ltd, participants will receive a gift confirmation email, and the gift will be dispatched by post.

 

4）郵遞安排 Postal Arrangement

禮品將以 Royal Mail 平郵寄出。禮品寄出後，DD Mall Ltd 不保證郵件投遞準確無誤，亦不保證參加者必然能收到禮品。

Gifts will be sent via Royal Mail standard mail. Once dispatched, DD Mall Ltd does not guarantee delivery accuracy and cannot ensure that participants will successfully receive the gift.

 

5）禮品使用條款 Gift Conditions

所有禮品不可轉讓、不可兌換現金及不可退款，並受相關條款及細則約束。禮品數量有限，送完即止。

All gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash and non-refundable, and are subject to the relevant terms and conditions. Gifts are available in limited quantities and will be offered while stocks last.

 

6）私隱及免責 Privacy & Disclaimer

參加者視為已同意並接受 DD Mall Ltd 的私隱保護政策及免責聲明。

Participants are deemed to have agreed to and accepted DD Mall Ltd’s privacy policy and disclaimer.

 

7）最終決定權 Final Decision

如有任何爭議，DD Mall Ltd 保留最終決定權。

In the event of any dispute, DD Mall Ltd reserves the right of final decision.
